Serondeng SG
Serondeng, is a sweet-salty-spiced floss that is a popular Malay/ Indonesian condiment, that can be made with chicken, fish, beef or simply with shredded coconut.
Although popularly spelled as Serunding / Serundeng, according to the Kamus Dewan (Malay equivalent of the Engish Oxford Dictionary), the correct spelling for the dish is Serondeng.
