Nasi Kerabu, Nasi Dagang, Ayam Percik, Laksam, Akok, Lompat Tikam, Budu, Serundeng are some of the traditional food of Kelantan, the state on the east coast of peninsular Malaysia. They can be found elsewhere too, but it is a worthwhile adventure to ‘hunt’ for the food in Kelantan itself. Successful hunt, I did, and got some pics to show….
